To: All Residents, Dog Owners/Possessors
Subject: Proper Handling of Dogs
Once again, we are calling the attention of dog owners/possessors regarding proper handling of their pets:
1. Dogs must be on a leash whenever they are walked around the streets.
2. Do not be insensitive or inconsiderate by letting your dogs pee and poop in areas without properly cleaning up the waste.
3. Please instruct your household staff on properly disposing of pet waste.
The SLVA Board of Governors approved a fine of Php 6,000 to be imposed on dog owners/possessors whose dogs are found violating these rules. The same fine will apply for not picking up the dog waste or improperly disposing of it in neighbors’ bins.
To the residents, if you see anyone violating the above rules, please take photos and submit them to Security or the Admin Office.
